When you become a Christian the God gives you unique gifts of the Holy Spirit. He does this because your individual passions and experiences are meant to be used for his new purposes for your life. As United Methodists we believe firmly that the prayers, presence, gifts, and service of the entire faith community allows the whole church to equip Christians for their unique ministry. As we grow and mature in our faith we have an opportunity to be in ministry to one another and continue to give more of ourselves to God’s will in our lives.
